For the past decade, and without ever really admitting it to myself, I have nurtured this dream of being professionally trained as a cook. Earlier this year (2019), I decided to make that jump and started the training to take the "CAP Cuisine" (French cook exam). Here I share info about my training and recipes that inspire me. Mostly in French though.
